November 20 is The Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDoR). It is also known as the International Transgender Day of Remembrance, is observed annually on November 20 as a day to memorialize those who have been murdered as a result of transphobia and to draw attention to the continued violence endured by the transgender community.

The United Nations’ (UN) Universal Children’s Day, which was established in 1954, is celebrated on November 20 each year to promote international togetherness and awareness among children worldwide. UNICEF, the United Nations Children’s Fund, promotes and coordinates this special day, which also works towards improving children’s welfare.

World Toilet Day (WTD) is an official United Nations international observance day, celebrated on 19 November, to raise awareness of the global sanitation crisis.
Today, 4.5 billion people live without a household toilet that safely disposes of their waste.
November 17th is seen worldwide as the ‘International Students Day’ because on this day in 1939 the Czechoslovakian students fell victim to the Nazis. On 17 November 1939 the Nazis stormed the dormitories of the University in Prague. More than 1200 students were send to concentration camps, 9 student representatives were executed on the spot, the university was shut down and the buildings were used by the German occupation forces. Students from all Europe fled to London and there the International Students Council, in accordance with the allies, declared 17 November as the International Students Day
November 10 is World Immunization Day: Every year we celebrate world immunisation day to spread awareness among public about various vaccines that protect our children from various deadly diseases.
Workshop on Easy Communication Tips and Meditation organised by National Child Development Council in association with Jai Bharath College in Ernakulam district was conducted on 7th November,2019. The sessions were handled by International Master Trainer Baba Alexander New Delhi, Founder of One World One Language & A Global Country. Workshop was inaugurated by Dr.A.M.Kharim, Chairman of Jai Bharath Educational Trust and Presided by Dr.Nisam Rahman, Principal of Jai Bharath College. Other faculties who took part in the function were Dr.Sabira Beegam, HOD of Commerce and Ms.Remya Surendran , NSS Programme Officer. Hundreds of students also participated in this interactive workshop.
Happy to announce the commencement of our Second session of Workshop on Personality development and Easy Communication Tips organised by National Child Development Council. The Workshop at Trivandrum district is conducted in Emmanuel College today.
